Photo Permissions Form

We would like to be able to use photo images - no surnames of students on our website and in the public newsletter. Thank you to the families who have provided consent.

If you are  yet to send back your consent form and you you do agree for your child's image to be used in newsletters etc  we ask that you do so as soon as possible.   Please click here for a photo permission form for your child.

Updating your contacts...very important.

• Please ensure that we have all your current information; your correct contact numbers, mobile, work and home. Please ensure we have current emergency contact for your child.
• Please  ensure we have correct email addresses. This is particularly important given that students in Year 4 and 6 will be on camp this term.
• Emergency Contacts should be people that you trust and are able to collect your child from school should he/she be ill and we can not get hold of you.
