ART AND TECHNOLOGY EXHIBITION 2019

The Visual Arts and Technology staff cordially invites the College Community: parents, guardians, students and staff to attend our exhibition opening to view and celebrate our Year 7 – 12 students’ talents, skills and creative achievements.

We will be showcasing student work in all subject areas within the Visual Arts and Technology Learning Area. The students have created a fantastic variety of work, ranging widely in discipline and theme, but all executed to a high standard.

The exhibition opening will be held on Tuesday 22nd of October, commencing at 7pm in the Ringwood Training Building (RT). This year Kylie Spears, Deputy Mayor from Maroondah City Council, will be formally opening our exhibition.

We will be presenting Creative Achievement awards and the recipients have been notified through a Compass event. There will be performances by our talented music students, finger food and cold beverages served on the opening night.

The exhibition will also be open to the public during school hours from 9.00am – 4.30pm on Wednesday 23th and Thursday 24th October.

A gold coin donation on entry is welcome. Please don't forget to vote for your favourite work for the ‘People’s Choice Award’ before leaving the exhibition.

We look forward to celebrating the students’ achievements with the wider College Community.

Kind regards,

  • Middle School - Works are now complete on the Middle School Coordinators’ office
  • Air Conditioner - Room 304. In the next couple of weeks a new A/C will be installed in room 304.
