Canteen Service - Fresh Meal Fairy 

School Canteen Day: WEDNESDAY

Lunch orders can be placed via the School24 App or website - order cut off, 9pm Tues

We have a few start of year reminders from our canteen provider - Fresh Meal Fairy

• Please make sure children are in their correct class on the app
• Please ensure you receive an email confirmation after you place your order
• Please let your children know to talk to their teacher or come to the canteen if they feel something is wrong with their order
• Please contact info@school24.net.au for order transfers or cancellations

CSEF Applications OPEN 

The CSEF (Camps, Sports & Excursions Fund) provides eligible families with a payment of $125 per child to assist in meeting financial commitments for their child/ren's school camps and excursions. 

If you hold a current Health Care or Concession Card, you may be eligible to receive this payment.

Please contact the school office to complete an application form or for more information.

Please note: If you have previously applied for and received the CSEF payment in 2022, you do not need to re-apply each year.  

Personal Items Brought to School

Private property brought to school by students, staff or visitors is not insured and the Department does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage.

This can include mobile phones, calculators, toys, sporting equipment and cars parked on school premises. As the Department does not hold insurance for personal property brought to schools and has no capacity to pay for any loss or damage to such property, students and staff should be discouraged from bringing any unnecessary or particularly valuable items to school.  

Second Hand Uniforms

At Newtown, we offer the collection of any NPS uniform items, that are washed, in good clean & wearable condition to be donated to the school's second hand uniform cupboards. 

These uniform items are then made available for purchase (via gold coin donation per item) by our school community. 

If your child/ren could do with some additional uniform items, please come and have a look through the cupboards, which are located just outside the school office. We have an abundance of items ready to go! 

Uniform donations can be left at the school office (again, please ensure donations are freshly washed and in good clean & wearable condition).
