Library News
So much to say, so little time before the newsletter deadline renders this effort obsolete. So, all I'll say for now is it's wonderful to be home again at cnps. So wonderful.
To those families who recived a recall notice for library books last week:
- I'm sorry if you received multiple emails. I'd believed (hoped), only one notification would be sent out. My apologies if there were multiples.
- Some people tried to email me but I haven't received and emails from parents. I'll look into that but my email here is library@carltonnthps.vic.edu.au Gotta love an awkward email address hey?
I think the automated overdue reminder email system is up and running. The next few weeks will prove interesting... If there's a problem eg. too many emails etc, let me know and I'll look into it.
There should be 3 emails in the cycle, two friendly reminders and one asking for the book/s in question to be returned asap. Let's hope it works as intended.
Finally, I'm sorry the first library newsletter piece is all business and no dragons (so much more interesting than unicorns imo). I'll rectify that next time. Promise.

Lunchtime Chess Club
Dear Parents, chess classes will resume again this Term on Monday 10th October and run on the following dates: 10/10, 17/10, 24/10, 31/10, 7/11, 14/11, 21/11, 28/11, 5/12, 12/12.
Classes are held in the Library at Lunchtime from 1:40- 2:30pm. If your child would like to enrol please visit the website www.chesseducation.com.au Here you can use your email address to create an account so that you can register and pay online.
