In STEM in Term Four, students were introduced to the 3D printing process and challenged to create a familiar object. Using an online program called ‘Tinkercad’ they developed a graphic representation of a 3D Christmas ornament. Students were required to evaluate their design before refining it and assessing which designs were the best against their student-developed criteria. The best designs, as determined by the students, were printed and hung in the office. Have a gander at the students' amazing work below!
