Casa d`Abruzzo Club Cultural Immersion Day

Thursday the 17th of November classes 8D, 8E and 8F went to casa d`Abruzzo club. Activities we did included: biscuit wafer making, pasta making, and playing bocce and tombola. 

We got to practise each skill for about an hour each and got to display our amazing Italian language skills to the volunteers who the programmes. The volunteers were so kind and happy to teach us their knowledge. 

After participating in three activities, we had an hour and a half for a sit-down lunch. We ate foods that were delicious, including: homemade margherita pizzas as an entrée, pasta as a main and for dessert we had gelato that was scrumptious. After lunch, we engaged in a final activity. Overall, it was a fun day full of learning.
