We Are The Catalyst of Change

Hello Aspire CCPA, 

In honor of Black History Month as well as Presidents Day, I leave you with a quote from a man who needs no introduction, Former United States President Barack Obama. Of his many speeches and quotes, this is one spoke to me as a reflected on this past week:

" Change will NOT COME if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we've been waiting for. We are the change that we seek."

This past week was super busy, and for many of us super crazy. Even so, I saw OUR team showing every day both physically, mentally and emotionally. Aspire Centennial we are Catalyst of Change! Individuals who have the ability and the power to change the lives of many. Every choice, decision, and action we take; affects the lives of the young people that walk through our doors every day to our colleagues standing right next to us. This work is demanding, exhausting, tiresome, and draining. We know this to be true. But if we make change then who else will. 

Aspire Centennial I want you all for your time, dedication, hard work, and commitment to our students. You are the change agents I wish I had when I was in school. THANK YOU!
