The TEM men having been working hard under the fitness advice of John Nicolosi from Melbourne Atheltic Development. To add to this PL squad coaches Josh Pollard and Cam Belza have been setting some fitness challenges for the group. These have included a 2km and an 8km time trial, max push ups and longest plank hold. Simon Bowles has been showing his elite fitness with a 6.18 for 2km, 29.58 for 8km, an 8min plank hold and 70+ push ups.

But not all of ISO needs to be about fitness with fortnightly Zoom catch ups. This week saw the first ever TNL Zoom Trivia based on a range of topics from TEM history to emoji movies titles. It was a fierce battle and the honours went to Joe Connell who beat Braden Pitcher in final question face off!
