SCHOOL FEES REMINDER TERM 1 2021

 

Please note that the Term 1 College fees and levies were due for payment on Friday 26th February. Thank you for your prompt payment of these school fees.

 

Unless alternative arrangements are in place (e.g periodic Direct Debits, regular BPAY payments, approved repayment plans, approved concession arrangements etc.), Term 1 fees should now be paid. If you have periodic repayments in place, please ensure the amount you are currently paying, either weekly, fortnightly or monthly will cover your 2021 fees, by the end of December. 

 

Please be aware, if your child has moved to a senior grade, or a sibling has joined or left St Mary’s, you will need to submit a new direct debit form for the change in direct debit amount. The College is not permitted to make any changes to your current direct debit arrangements without the bank account holder’s formal approval.  The direct debit form is now available to download from our College internet website. Please email the revised form to the Accounts team to process.

 

The payment of school fees and levies is an important component of the income of the College. The College relies on these payments, in order to provide the high quality education enjoyed by your child/ren.

 

In situations where there is genuine family financial hardship, please contact the College and your circumstances will be treated in the strictest confidence. Meeting with us to discuss your particular situation is a positive way for you to address the matter going forward.
