Northerly Aspects Quarterly

Did you get your copy of the Northerly Aspects delivered to your home. If not it is also live on this link.

This issue has a great article about the college programs and a heap of things that people in the community can access - in particular programs for community centres like Norlane and Cloverdale.

Are you or do you know a new mum?

The College family Centre on Goldsworthy Road has many programs to support families with children under 5.

See the Page in this new letter.

Barwon Child Youth and Family have these fliers for 2 great programs run at the Centre.

FANTASTIC FAMILY FUN DAY

on your campus

We hope many of you bring your children to your campus's Funtastic Family Funday event coming soon and to meet the leaders mentioned above.

These are always great activities for all the family and each campus will be enjoying all the 'inflatable' fun activities and young and old like the dunking machine! We can't have students there without adults so make sure come with them to share the enjoyment. The canteens will be open but of course you can bring your picnic too.

Keep fingers crossed for nice weather

Peacock is 11 March

Wexford is 23 March

Hendy and Tallis 25 March

Planning and Direction.Do You need help with NDIS?

This group are registered to work with families and their NDIS plans. No fees will come off your allocated support money.

The Group are also going to schedule sessions at our Family Learning Centre in the near Future.

Last year they received  NDIS approval and are now registered NDIS Plan Managers and we would love to be able to offer our services to the students and families of Northern Bay as well as hold some information sessions to educate families using NDIS as well as how they can really maximise and get the most out of their plans.  There is no charge to anyone for their plan to be plan managed – this is included in the NDIS plan and the information sessions we are planning on holding will also be free of charge too
