YEAR 12 CAMP

On Monday, the Year 12’s had the pleasure of spending three days at Phillip Island for Year 12 Camp.

Students got to undertake a variety of activities, such as the flying fox, giant swing, martial arts and laser tag.

They enjoyed presentations about study skills and exam preparation, careers and guest speakers who motivated and informed.

Through these activities, students formed new friendships and support structures with their year 12 peers.

Miss Behrendt

There was something a little bitter sweet about our year 12 camp at Philip Island Adventure Resort. On one hand, I was able to thoroughly enjoy socialising with friends, participating in camp activities, pushing myself out of my comfort zone, and listening to a pair of inspirational speakers who left me with a lot to think about.

On the other hand, I couldn’t help but to remember that after nearly 13 years of schooling this would be my last ever school camp. That being said, I am happy to say it was a good one.

A great way to kick off the year.
