VCAL Workplacement Highlights

Here is a snapshot of what some of the Senior VCAL Students have been up to on work placement last week.

Shivam Aul - Tarneit Senior College Library

Shivam has spent the week in our library learning about adventure, drama and romance. He created this display showcasing a selection of books for each genre.

Shivam selected the novels himself and designed and created the posters. 

As Shivam has an interest in Manga he also created a mini display of some of his favourite manga books.

Edward Soo Choon - Rotary Fit 4 Use Store

Eddy has been busy at Rotary's Fit 4 U Store, stocking shelves, cash handling and  impromptu security. His height has proven to be a real asset, the ladies have had Eddy straightening all the artwork and reaching objects up high.

He has made a real impact on all the Rotary volunteers. In their feedback, they said they don't want him to go!

Caleb Barlow - Werribee Equestrian Centre

A picture tells a thousand words and as this photo shows, Caleb has been enjoying his work placement at the Werribee Equestrian Centre. 

Caleb has been helping prepare the centre for an upcoming equestrian event by cleaning out stables, watering and mowing the grounds as well as putting up fences.
