COLOUR EXPLOSION RUN

1 April 2021

We are getting excited as the COLOUR RUN date draws closer! The Colour Run will be held on the school oval following the Cross Country Run. The day’s focus is on fun and fitness with the added benefit of raising funds for our school.

Remember, every child who raises $10 or more will receive a prize - so get involved!

Here are your key reminders for the Colour Run:

All students must register online: www.myprofilepage.com.au

Every student must register online so they can order their prizes and get online donations.

2. Continue to ask family and friends to sponsor you.

Remember, all money we raise goes back to the school for the benefit of all students. Students can also choose great prizes as a reward for their fundraising efforts – the more money you raise, the more prizes you can choose from.

3. Respond to the Operoo Notice about the SFS Colour Run. All students are allowed to participate in the Colour Run. If you do not wish for your child to participate, you need to notify your child’s home group teacher before 1 April.

4. Get ready to run, get messy, have fun and enjoy an amazing day at the Colour Run!!

Hot Cross Buns

Thank you so much for supporting our hot cross bun fundraiser! All orders placed will be ready for collection by on Wednesday March 31st from 2.30pm in the community room. If your order isn’t collected by 3.30pm, we will send it home with your child on Thursday 1st April (last day of term 1)

Morning Tea

What a great turn out we had!! Thank you all for coming along to our 1st Morning Tea, it was lovely to see so many new faces, and finally catch up in a casual friendly environment. We hope you enjoyed the delicious treats and look forward to seeing you all at our next one!

PFA March Meeting

Please join us on Wednesday 17th March for our month PFA meeting, we would love to see a whole lot of new faces!! Everyone is welcome – hope to see you there!

Easter Raffle

Thank you to everyone who has started donating to our Easter Raffle. Anything can be donated, in the past we have received little mugs, egg holders, cute pens, diaries, stickers, books and of course Easter eggs of every size! We appreciate each and every donation so please keep them coming!!

Raffle tickets will be going out to all families next week, so keep an eye out for them in your child’s bag. Each ticket is only 50c ($5 a booklet) with ALL proceeds going to the Monash Children’s Hospital.
