Senior Summer Sports Day

On Thursday 12th March, the second day of Senior Summer Sports was held. Shepparton High School was well represented in handball, volleyball,  clay-target shooting, tennis and ten-pin bowling.

All sports had success with our intermediate tennis girls winning their way through to zone. It was a similar result for the ten-pin bowling team with the senior girls also making it through. 

Suzie McPherson shot on target in the clay- target shooting which meant that she will also be going through to the next round. 

Our handball and volleyball teams were not to be outdone, with our senior girls and intermediate boys volleyball teams both making it through to the next round. 

Both of our senior girls teams played in the grand final at Rushworth which was a great achievement by all of the girls involved. Our intermediate girls won the grand final against McGuire, only sneaking the win by three goals in a very hotly contested match. 

Thank you to all of the staff that went on the day and were helping out and supervising students it is much appreciated.
