VCE Exams

Congratulations to all students on completing your exams!  It was a massive week, but we were so impressed with the way you all conducted yourselves.

Awards Assembly

Students are expected to attend their awards assembly,  next Thursday 23 June.

This will be a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the achievement of your peers and receive your points and badges for all of your successes!

Approving Absences

A reminder, any absences from school must be parent/guardian approved.  You can do this through a signed note or you can approve your child’s absences via the Parent Approval Button on Compass. 

You can also use Compass to view your student’s past absences.

Parents and guardians who may have forgotten their Compass username and password, should contact the VCE Senior School Office and speak with Jenny McLean.

SAC Redemption

Students will not be granted SAC redemption unless they have a medical certificate or it is a school approved absence.

If there are extenuating circumstances, please let us know and we will make a decision based on the VCAA guidelines.

Leaving School Early

If you have studies Period 5 or 6, you must sign out using the COMPASS Kiosk. A departure ticket will print with the current time you are leaving the school.

As always, if you are leaving early (and you have classes on), please make sure a parent or guardian approves this on COMPASS or provides a signed note with you.   Please then sign out using the COMPASS Kiosk.

End of Semester 1

The VCE Coordinators would like to congratulate our Senior School students who successfully completed their Unit 1 and Unit 3 classes. 

The end of the semester has quickly approached and it’s time for students to begin Semester 2 and apply all of their knowledge and wisdom to these new areas.

Students should use this upcoming study break to organise folders, complete study break homework and clarify any areas of study that you are unsure of.
