The Food Technology Faculty at EDSC was thrilled to showcase some of the exciting work in our subject during the EDSC Open Night on Thursday 17 March.

Student volunteers from Years 8-10 attended to take part in a special practical class, in which they designed and produced their own healthy focaccia bread with an artwork made of selected seeds, vegetables and herbs.
