Is it significant that humans were created with opposable thumbs?
Grade 6 students are completing a Science unit on Animal Adaptation. Students will have the opportunity to examine how living things have structural features and adaptations that help them to survive in their environment. We completed a fascinating experiment in the class called ‘opposable thumbs.’ Students were required to time themselves completing everyday activities with and without their thumbs.
Who knew that thumbs were so important!! God is truly amazing when he created us in his image.
