William Neill for improved knowledge of the sounds that letters make and identifying words that begin with particular letters.

Evie Cox for neat work when completing fine motor activities and for her wonderful sense of humour when silly things happen.

Thomas Laing for his application to practising addition in Mathematics. Excellent work!

Samuel Sauer for his confident and articulate reading of a prayer at Mass. Beautiful, Samuel!

Grayson Brettle for her commitment to improvement when sounding out words. Great effort!    

Years 1/2

Arlie Rosser for her fantastic story writing and using her phonemic awareness strategies to help her spell and sound words. 

Ayva Simpson for the effort that she is putting into listening to the sounds in her writing as well as her tremendous answers during class discussions.

Willow Brettle and Ned Newberry for their enjoyment of learning new and tricky concepts during math sessions and always stepping up to the challenge. 

Vancara Lockyer for her enjoyment with her reading and using descriptive language during writing tasks. 

Mia Waters for always asking questions on how she can improve her work and then trialling suggestions. 

Years 3/4

All students in Yr 3 / 4 for their wonderful responses in PDH to identify the different ways they can be upstanders in bullying situations. 

Well done to Oskar Laing for a fantastic shadow puppet project! We can't wait to see the final product!

Congratulations to Jack Cochrane for his great focus and attention on his neat handwriting and book presentation. Your great work has earned you a pen licence. Wonderful effort Jack!

Archie Foster for his clever thinking in Maths showing that he can add fractions and can convert them into mixed numbers from improper fractions. I am so proud of your work Archie! 

Edward Grills for his exceptional modelling of how to be an altar server for his younger peers at School Mass yesterday. Thanks Edward, you are a great role model for our newest altar servers! 

Brianna Marshall and Rachael Jackson for always volunteering to help out in the classroom. You always know the perfect time to lend a hand, thanks very much girls! 

Sienna Nguyen for her enthusiasm to learn challenging content in Maths especially with fractions. You are so inspirational to your peers, keep it up Sienna!
