Student Classwork

Next issue we will be having a page dedicated to snapshots of student classwork.  Hudson Williamson in Year 8 shared the following with us.

Some sage advice

“You have to shout before you can sing”

Life is a hard and difficult thing...Everyone experiences hard times, some more so than others but we all do. There are days in everyone’s life when they don’t feel like doing anything...but it’s what they do on these days’ that determines the outcome.

In everything someone does there is the basic and there is the complex. People always want to be the best but once they have the basics and things get hard they stop pursuing their dream because it’s ‘too hard’.

There is a small amount of people that once they can shout they strive for the best and they go all out to be able to sing. Then they work on that to reach further than the sky. There is a quote that I really like, “don’t tell me the sky’s the limit when there are footsteps on the moon” - meaning that there isn’t a limit, everyone can always be better than what they are today.
