NEW - Sacred Heart School Website
The Sacred Heart School website has had a refresh with the addition of some new features. We now request parents and caregivers use the forms on the website for Outside School Hours Cancellations and Out of Uniform Notices. Please note the current school app will be phased out and no longer available from Term 1 2021. On the website homepage the forms are located by clicking on the following icons:
Student absences are to be completed in PAM. To access PAM parents or caregivers will need access to a computer, tablet or mobile phone. You can access PAM via the direct link below or the Sacred Heart School website.

NEW - Sacred Heart Parish Fete Update
The fete committee met last week to discuss the viability of a fete in 2021. It is with great regret that we decided that the event will not go ahead given the current uncertainty around COVID-19.
The committee would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone that volunteered and donated to the 2020 fete. As a result of the raffle we were able to distribute $2,000 to our school and another $2,000 to the parish. There are a number of non-perishable items left over from the 2020 fete. The committee will meet in early 2021 to discuss alternative fundraising ideas to utilise these items.
Again, we would like to thank you all for your contributions. We are proud of the community spirit at Sacred Heart and we look forward to 2021.
NEW - Library Reminder
As the end of the year is fast approaching all library books need to be returned by week 10 please. Parents and children need to check and make sure they have no books at home. Thank you.
NEW - Grade 3/4 & Grade 6 - Excursion Approval
Parents and caregivers of Grade 3/4 and Grade 6 students please sign in to the Parent Access Module (PAM) and provide approval for your child to attend the listed school activity.
NEW - Christmas Cards
It is that time of year when students wish to gift friends a Christmas card. We ask that no confectionary is attached to cards e.g. chocolates, candy canes, lollies etc. Thank you for your understanding.

School Fundraiser - Lunch Boxes
Sacred Heart School promotes rubbish free lunches and Munchbox is a leakproof lunchbox with compartments minimising the need for food packaging at school.
This year we have decided to run a Munchbox fundraiser.
Families and friends can use the following link to place an order and $10 from each Munchbox sold will be donated to the school.

Parents are required to enter the code TATURA20V during check out as this will indicate to us they are part of your school fundraising. Once the code has been entered, free shipping will apply.
All the lunchboxes will be sent to the school at the end of the fund raising event and sent home with students. We will let you know when this will happen.

School Lunches
Tatura Hot Bread Bakery will be providing the School lunch orders for two days a week. Lunch orders will be available Thursdays and Fridays. Please find below the updated 2020 price list.
