The College aims to maximise clear and efficient communication between families and staff to ensure parent/carer engagement with teachers, which will result in the best learning and care possible for your child.

Contacting Teaching Staff

All teaching staff should be contacted via SEQTA Direqt Messages (DMs) in SEQTA Learn (students) and SEQTA Engage (parents).  Alternatively, all staff can be contacted via email. 

 

Meetings with teaching staff should be arranged with the teacher by appointment in advance.

Our Office Hours are:

During School Term: 8.15am to 4.00 pm

During School Holidays: 9.00am to 3.00pm

 

All visitors coming onsite during school hours must report to Reception in the Administration building.  All visitors to school grounds need to sign in on arrival and sign out when leaving, and wear their visitors badge at all times. All visitors must abide by relevant COVID-19 regulations and protocols at the time.

 

Assemblies

Parents are welcome to join us for our Assemblies in The King's Chapel Auditorium.  

  • Primary Assembly:  Alternate Thursdays 8.45am-9.40am
  • Secondary Assembly: Fridays as per Term Calendar 8.35am-9.15am
