My role is to coordinate the daily operations of the College.  I manage the College timetable and calendars; teacher relief; oversee all events such as incursions, excursions, camps and retreats; and have a support role in the staff appraisal process.

The key focus of my role is the academic performance of students in Years 7- 12 and working with staff to bring about improved outcomes for learning and teaching.  I also provide guidance for students in subject selections and Year 11 and 12 pathways.

As Deputy Principal Student Services, it is my aim to help create a positive space for students to learn and grow in all areas. As educators, we recognise that we need to take a holistic view and seek to help students in all areas including physical and mental health, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, social skills as well as other important aspects of life. If at any time a student is struggling, they are encouraged to come to Student Services and have a chat with one of the team so we can best support them with whatever they may be going through. 

Heads of Year (HOY)

Our secondary Heads of Year work closely with the Deputy Principal Learning and Teaching and the Deputy Principal Student Services to ensure that your child is supported academically and that their social-emotional welfare is cared for. They will be the key point of contact for any pastoral care, academic concerns, or general schooling needs for your child.
