Parent Parking / Student Drop Off and Pick Up Instructions
The following information is provided as a guide for families to support safe, smooth and efficient drop-off and pick-up routines across the College. The safety and wellbeing of all children remains our highest priority and we sincerely thank families for their cooperation, patience and consideration of others during busy times.
While every effort is made to manage traffic flow and reduce congestion, peak periods may still involve some waiting. We appreciate your understanding as we work together to keep our community safe.
Arrival Times
Students should only arrive at the college from 8am onwards.
Departure Times
All students should depart the school grounds by 3.25pm unless they are participating in an official supervised after-school activity or club.
Please note: siblings of students attending after-school clubs must also be collected by 3:25pm.

Years 1–6 | Primary Campus
Families may:
Park in the bitumen Primary car park (limited bays), or
Park in the limestone car parks between campuses and walk to collect their child.
Families are asked to follow the traffic flow shown on the map and the Kiss and Drive guidelines outlined below.
Vehicles entering the teardrop area must give way to through traffic.
Families wishing to collect both primary and secondary students together are encouraged to arrange for secondary students to meet at the Primary Campus. Parents are asked to use one of the car parks and not the Kiss and Drive when waiting.
A Kiss and Drive zone is available in the Primary car park for quick drop-off and pick-up.
Kindy and Pre-Primary | Main Campus
Students are to be dropped off and collected in person from the Early Learning Centre by an authorised parent/carer or a nominated older sibling (Year 5 or above).
Families may park in the limestone car park areas and walk across using the designated crosswalks.
Years 7–12 | Main Campus
Families may park in the limestone or grass car parks and walk across the designated crosswalks to meet their child.
The Secondary Campus Kiss and Drive area is also available and encouraged for quick pick-up.
Families with Primary and Secondary Students
If driving between campuses, families may find it most convenient to:
Collect Years 1–6 students first, as the Primary car park cannot be accessed from the Secondary Campus.
Alternatively, park in the limestone car park between campuses to facilitate collection from both areas.
Kiss and Drive Zones | General Guidance
Kiss and Drive zones are clearly signposted and supervised by staff between:
8:00am – 8:25am
3:10pm – 3:25pm
To support safety and traffic flow:
Students wait at the Kiss and Drive walkway until collected.
Vehicles should remain attended at all times.
Children enter and exit vehicles from the footpath side only.
General Safety Considerations
A 10km/h speed limit applies across all College grounds.
Families are encouraged to use designated crosswalks and paved footpaths.
Instructions provided by supervising staff are given to support safety and should be followed respectfully.
Please be mindful of Parents with Prams and Accessible Parking bays.
Picking Up Outside School Grounds
Families are reminded not to park on verges of private residences or block driveways. Students should use the manned crosswalk when crossing Bertram Road.
A Few Final Reminders
Patience and courtesy go a long way during busy times.
Please follow signage and staff guidance.
Talking through drop-off and pick-up plans with your child helps build confidence and supports safety.
Thank you for working in partnership with us to create a safe and welcoming environment for all members of our College community.
