Year 9 Camp

Charnwood Camp

Recently an excited group of Year 9 students headed off into the bush for an action packed camp.  The sun was shining and the energy levels were high when we reached our destination near Lima East.  Upon arriving and storing our gear, the activities immediately began and continued for the next three days.  Canoeing, abseiling, bike riding and rogaining filled our time and wore us out and happily the sun kept on shining on us.  The meals were delicious and there was always plently of food for the hungry horde and marshmallows over the campfire topped off the evenings.

All too soon our time was up and the heavens opened as a farewell and made for a cosy ride home.  We returned safe, happy and a little tired!
