iPad 1:1 Program

The iPad Loan Program is available for students that have paid the full student essential learning items charges.

 

Payment of $100 of the student Essential Learning Items charges to be made by Friday 27th November 2020, then student is permitted to take iPad home over January school holidays.

 

If payment is not received by this date, iPads will be collected from Thursday 3rd December 2020.

 

An additional payment of $100 towards the Essential Learning Items charges is due by Friday 12th February 2021, to continue with the 1:1 iPad program with final payment of Curriculum charges due on the Friday 19th March 2021.

 

Uniform Reminder

With the end of the current year fast approaching, this a reminder that the new school uniform will become mandatory next year.

 

Black shoes are required. Please be mindful that this is the approved school uniform and reflects pride and commitment to our agreed culture.

 

If there is an issue please discuss with your child’s Home group teacher so we can help.

 

Also if you have any second hand uniforms, that you would like to donate to our second hand uniform sales, please drop them into the Primary Campus or Secondary Campus office.

 

Students leaving at the end of 2020

If your child / children are not returning to the Lakes in 2021, please ensure that you have notified either the Primary Campus office or  the Secondary Campus office ASAP.

Prep 2021

Have you enrolled for Prep for 2021? 

We are currently in the process of accepting new enrolments for 2021. We advise all existing families and community members who may be interested in attending our school, to submit enrolment forms as soon as possible. Unfortunately, due to Covid19 restrictions we are unable to have personal tours at our school. Please visit our Facebook page to see our virtual tour which is accessible to our families and local community. A reminder to all parents to maintain social distancing when waiting for children before and after school.

 

Prep Transition Information

Personal Goods Brought to School at Owner’s Risk: The DET does not hold insurance nor does it accept responsibility for private property brought to school by Students, Staff and Visitors. Please do not bring any unnecessary or valuable items to school. Student Accident Insurance Arrangements: The DET does not provide personal accident insurance for students. Parents and guardians are responsible for paying the cost of medical treatment for injured students, including any transport costs, unless the injury is caused by the negligence (carelessness) of a Department or School Council employee or volunteer. Students Accident Insurance is available privately at low cost.
