In 5/6 sport this morning we played a traditional indigenous ball game called Kai.  

The game was traditionally played using the thick, oval, deep-red fruit of the kai tree,

which is quite light when dry.

In Year 6 we talked about the importance of NAIDOC week and why we celebrate it. We then did a class puzzle that represented this years theme "Always was, always will be".
