Student COVID-19 Vaccination Certificates
If your child is fully vaccinated, you may choose to email their Immunisation History Statement (accessible via your online Medicare account) to covidcert@girton.vic.edu.au
Vaccination Immunisation History Statements, which show COVID-19 vaccinations, will be uploaded securely to the school database.
This is not currently a Government or a school requirement. However, several parents have contacted the school wanting to provide their child’s COVID-19 vaccination certificate.
For some school events held in the community, including various co-curricular sports or other activities, student vaccination certificates may be required in the future.
Second Hand Uniform Shop
The second hand uniform shop will reopen for Term Four when all students are back onsite. Commencing from Thursday 28th October:
- Thursdays 3:00-4:00pm
- Friday 8:15-8:45am
Volunteers are needed for the second hand uniform shop – opportunities to assist are now open.

Absentees
A friendly reminder to parents that during remote learning, student attendance is taken during House Tutor, period 1 and again during Period 5 in Senior School and during Period 1 in Junior School.
If parents are aware that their child will not be participating in online classes, for any reason and at any time during the day, could you please advise Absentees to avoid receiving SMS messages and follow up telephone calls.
