I AM GRATEFUL FOR...

Our amazing teaching team! It is world teacher appreciation day this Friday the 29th, and I am grateful for having such a hardworking and passionate group of professionals dedicated to supporting your children to learn and grow. They are so excited to see everyone back on Monday the 1st of November.

SUNSMART TERM 4

A reminder that it is so important for our students to be wearing their hats in the yard and wearing SPF 30 sunscreen during these hotter months. Please make sure you send some sunscreen along with your child so that they can put it on before they go out to play!

Q&A SESSION FOR RETURN TO SCHOOL

This Thursday evening, 28th of October we will be running a virtual Q&A session for parents to allow our families to ask any questions they might have about our return to school process and COVIDSafe plan. We will then be sending out a write up of these questions and answers afterwards. Please see Compass for details of the session.

RESTORATIVE PRACTICE AND RESPECTFUL RELATIONSHIPS UPDATE

Our staff have been undertaking training in both Restorative Practice and Respectful Relationships over this term. This will be a professional learning journey that will continue across 2022, and we will update our community with information about these programs as we progress through the training. At its essence, these are both based upon focusing on building and restoring relationships and respectful connection between all members of our school community.
