Uniform Shop
Concord School Uniform Shop will continue to operate throughout the term by appointment only if a fitting is required. We will continue taking orders via phone/email/hand delivered form.
All orders will be sent home with your child. If there are any issues with the order such as sizing, we will be happy to provide an exchange. Any exchanges must be made completed within 1 month of purchasing and proof of purchase must be shown.

ALL Abilities Program
Soccer is for everyone at DOC Football and we have a great program for Children With Disabilities that has been running since 2008. Children can train and get plenty of exercise plus for those that want to play games we have teams that play in the All Abilities Leagues run by the Victorian Football Federation.
Our new term starts this Saturday 8th October 2022
DOC Football is a NDIS Registered Provider.

We are Livin Social Adventures! A Disability Support business offering supported activities and adventures for young people (16-35) with mild to moderate disabilities and mental health conditions.
Our primary goal is to help young people build friendships, explore new activities and get the skills they need to live and work independently.
Popular activities include: Bowling, Laser tag, Movies, Gym Fridays, Aquarium and much more!
For any students who have NDIS funding, they are able to claim our support costs through their NDIS plan as long as it's self managed or plan managed. We also offer pick up and drop off for anyone living within 20km of Eltham which we have found to be extremely helpful for busy parents.

Home@Scope is part of the Scope family. Scope has been providing services to people with a disability and their families for over 70 years. We offer a variety of service including Day and Lifestyle options, Therapy and Supported Accommodation.
At Home@Scope Short Term Accommodation and Assistance we:
