We Made Gozleme!

In Unit AH (and in all the Junior classes) we have been doing some cooking each Monday. Last Monday, we made gozleme, and the first thing we needed to do was pick some warrigal greens from our garden (which are native to Australia). 

 

 

Then, after we gave our hands a good wash, we ripped up the warrigal greens and sprinkled some cheese on to half the puff pastry. Then, we carefully folded the pastry and cooked it in the toasted sandwich maker until it was golden brown. 

 

 

 

After eating the delicious gozleme, we then wrote about it! We brainstormed some ideas in our Writers Notebook, and then chose an idea to write about in whatever style we liked!
