Active & Alive
Swimming Carnival
On Wednesday 22nd February, we held our annual swimming carnival at the Orange Aquatic Centre. Staff and students had a busy day with competitive and non-competitive races, novelty events and staff/student relays.
Each year we are fortunate to have students from Orange High School join us for the day to support our staff and students with race recording, timekeeping, ribbon delivery, swimming support and novelty activities. Thank you very much to these OHS students as they help make our day a success.
Some of our students will move to the next level and compete at the regional swimming carnival in Dubbo.

Cricket
On the 10th February a group of students went to Wade Park to watch the NSW Breakers take on the ACT Meteors in the Women's National Cricket League.
Our own School Captain Charlie was the ground announcer and sounded fantastic.
Students were provided with reserved seating, on field activities in the lunch break and an information stand from Headspace.
Students were lucky to have Orange local star Pheobe Litchfield come and join the lunchtime activities and get some photos with our students.
What a fabulous way to spend a lovely Friday.
