Term 1 Parent Student Teacher Conference

Student Progress Reports will be available for parents in Compass from Friday 17th March. It is recommended that parents review these reports which will provide information from Subject Teachers and, if required, a request for Parent Student Teacher Conference.

Parent Student Teacher Conferences March 23 12noon - 7pm

Students are required to attend conferences but not attend lessons this day.

At Baimbridge we value the strong partnerships and ongoing dialogue with our parents/carers to ensure all students can access and experience success in their personal learning pathway.

The purpose of these conferences is to:

- Establish a positive relationship with home and support ongoing communication where required to

   enable student learning

- Share and celebrate student success at home and at school

- Raise concerns or areas for improvement so these can be addressed as soon as possible

- Develop learning goals for the semester and identify strategies to support achievement towards these

   for home and school.

 Students are strongly encouraged to attend these conferences and take ownership in developing their learning improvement goals with home and their subject teacher.

Parents/carers who are unable to attend Parent Teacher Student Conferences are welcome to contact relevant teachers via Compass to make a follow up appointment.

Please check your Progress Reports (issued on Friday 17th March) to see if a conference is 'required', all conferences will be marked 'Welcome' and we encourage you to book as many as possible.
