We're looking for volunteers to assist at the Ivanhoe Primary School Mini Market on November 26th. Please join us by signing up to help make the day possible. All funds raised will go towards playground equipment. Note that while you will sign up for a specific role, we will most likely figure out who needs to do what on the day as demand progressively changes. Where possible, Volunteers need to BYO aprons and arrive 10-15 minutes before your shift and stay a few minutes after to train the next in line.

There are volunteering slots available on;

~ Friday November 25th after school (set-up) ~

~ Saturday November 26th all day (set-up, BBQ, cashier, clean-up) ~

IPS Election Day BBQ - Student Stalls

Last Wednesday Miss Kelly and Miss McCormick held a meeting for students who may be interested in having a student stall at the IPS Election Day BBQ on Saturday 26 November 2022. The hall was packed with eager participants. 

The next meeting for interested students will be on Wednesday 3 November at lunchtime in the hall. There will be no cost for a stall site and students can keep all their takings for the day. 

Due to safe food handing practices stalls MUST NOT sell any food related products, including sweet/lollies. Also due to health reasons stalls WILL NOT be able to do face painting.

Holiday Program will no longer be operating 

OSHClub has informed the school that due to cost overheads and lower than expected enrolments they will no longer be running a holiday program at Ivanhoe PS.

They will contact all families that have used their service to advise them that they will no longer operate, and inform them of their other providers.
