School Uniform

From Monday 16th July, 2018 - the first day of Term 3, the School Uniform Shop will be no longer be open on site and will move offsite to BuxWear.

Our main Uniform Supplier is BuxWear and we feel that this move has a range of benefits to families particularly around a one stop shop and flexibility of hours. Administratively from the school it is a sound business practice, as we will not have to house stock nor rely on generous volunteers to man the uniform store. Running a Uniform shop from school is not a sustainable practice.

BuxWear has a retail store and there will be a dedicated clearly marked area for our school uniform. BuxWear is open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm AND Saturday 9:30am - 2pm. The shop will also cater for online orders and will deliver to your homes. EFTPOS & Layby facilities are also available. It will be a ONESTOP Shop where you will be able to purchase all uniform items.

To that end, on behalf of our school we thank Alisha LeHuray and past parent Jodie Carney who have been outstanding volunteers dedicating many, many hours to assisting families with their uniform needs.

In the meantime the school uniform shop will be open as follows:

Obviously moving our Uniform offsite will see an increase in price of some uniform items. This is inevitable as after all it is a business.

The 2 items that are affected are:

1. The school jumpers will increase in price from $15-$30 depending on size.

2. The current style checked summer dress is no longer available.

School Jumpers

We will continue to sell these at the school uniform shop till the end of term 2 at the current price of $56 until sold out.

Summer Dress

The new Summer dress design will be available from BuxWear from Term 3. There will be a transition period for existing students at SJV, at this stage they can continue to wear the current style checked dress.

Prep 2019 students will be required to wear the new dress design.

The current checked dress will be sold at the school uniform shop for a reduced price of $30.
