Term 2

Welcome back to Term 2! We hope you have had a fabulous holiday! This will be an amazing term, as we have many upcoming events!

On the 24th of April, we had our Anzac Day Service at 10:30 am. This day was a day of reflection and remembering those who have served for our country. We had a service at 10:30 am to honour them, our school had one minute of silence and some of our students did readings which explained what Anzac day meant to us. Saying this we had a public holiday on the 25th April, it                                                                                      was Anzac Day. We hope everyone had a good day!

Tomorrow the 27th of April (Friday)  it is the Fun Run for the Year 3-6’s. Please come to support your child! Parent helper slips can be located in the office, but please remember you need to have your working with children’s check. The link is here: http://www..vic.gov.au/  .

More activities we have is, Active April! Encourage your children to join these clubs. We have 4 clubs, the running club - held by Nick M and Max, the skipping club - held by Mindy and Cathy, the footy club - held by Madeline, and lastly the netball club held by Isabelle and Eric.

Our last reminder is to be on our best behaviour! This is very important to do so the teachers can teach and students can learn. Remember  do not litter and pick up any rubbish that you see!
