Roll up, roll up. It’s time to sign up to help on the day!

With just over 3 weeks to go, the school would like to invite all parents, carers, grandparents and friends to contribute 2 hours of your time to help at the fair. We can’t do it without you!

The fair runs for 6 hours so all volunteer sessions have been allocated into 2 hour blocks. That adds up to 176 people/sessions that need to be filled!!

Remember why we’re doing this! We’re raising much needed money for shade sails to keep the kids protected from the sun and for fun and colourful line markings on the new asphalt to provide an opportunity for creative play, plus many more items.

The lovely Tracey Eagle has set up SignUp.com to organize our volunteers and we need your help!

Review the options listed and choose the spot(s) you like. You can choose as many as you like. If your responsible child will be helping you, please include their name & grade with your name eg: “Tracey & Kaedyn (yr7) Eagle”
Sign up! It's Easy - you will NOT need to register an account or keep a password on SignUp.com. Please include an email address & phone number so we can contact you if anything changes. Email reminders and confirmations will be sent out prior to the event.

Note: SignUp.com does not share your email address with anyone. If you prefer not to use your email address, please contact our volunteer coordinator, Tracey via tevolunteerco@gmail.com and she can sign you up manually.

Wristbands are on sale now

Carlsruhe Country Fair amusement wristbands are on sale now! With your wristband, you can enjoy the fun all day long! Have a favourite? Go on it again and again! They can be used on:

Giant 30m slide
Rock-climbing wall
Inflatable obstacle tunnel
Jumping castle
Trackless train

Why not also purchase a pay-it-forward amusement wristband for somebody and make a child's day?

There are many families and kids going through a rough time who may not be able to afford to come to the Carlsruhe Fair. This is a day of celebration for our school community and we want all our families to be able to come along to celebrate.

REMINDERS

If you can donate some hay bales (we’ll need one round bale), please email Anita on anitajmason@gmail.com
We will need loads of trestle tables and 3mx3m marquees. Please start digging them out of the shed!
Are you collecting pinecones? We need loads and loads and loads of them. Buckets, wheelbarrows or trailers full!! Please leave them at the office. The mural will be installed soon!
We still need donations of prizes, vouchers, experiences for our Silent Auction.
