Financial Literacy

The Year 12 students have been applying everyday money skills within the Work Related Skills and Personal Development Skills units.  Students have been developing money handling skills at Bunnings, stalls, canteen, fundraising activities and the coffee business. The have used map reading skills to navigate in and around Melbourne and the local area.

Ice Bucket Challenge

SAP is organising an ice bucket challenge as a fundraiser for RSPCA, Salvation Army, Melbourne Zoo and the Farmers’ Drought Relief.

Students will donate gold coins choosing which teachers will get the ice bucket tipped on them, For example, if Colin gets the most gold coins, he will be ice bucketed.

SAP students will come to classes for the next two weeks to collect the coins and take down which teacher has been chosen.

The ice bucket challenge will be at 2.00pm Tuesday 4th December on the school oval.
