Junior School Excursion

Junior School Excursion to Maru Koala Park

Some students from Rooms 3, 4, 5, 6, 12, 13, 14 and 15 went on an excursion to Maru Koala Park in Grantville. This was part of our integrated theme of study around My Country and Australian animals.

The students were able to feed and pat the wallabies and they even saw a joey in the pouch. They listened to a talk on koalas and their feeding habits, saw dingos, emus, a peacock and Charlie the cockatoo.
