School Council President Report

South Oakleigh School Council again met virtually this week to finish what has been an interesting term to say the least!  Recently, we have been working to review and consolidate policies which assist to inform and guide College procedures and processes; and, we've been checking in to see how we can best support our school community.

I would like to take this opportunity, on behalf of the Council, to acknowledge the work and commitment of all College staff this term.  Through trying times, the staff have managed the challenging task of balancing academic outcomes and student wellbeing to a very high standard, and we are all grateful for the work that they have done.  

To the student body, we would like to convey a heartfelt congratulations on negotiating these difficult times with enthusiasm and commitment.  

We hope that all our community continues to stay safe, and we look forward to seeing you all next term.
