Hi everyone,

OSHClub remains open during our usual hours of operation throughout Stage 4 Restrictions. We continue to be available to provide before and after school care for the children of permitted workers if those children are also attending school. A Childcare Permit is not needed to access out-of-hours school care.

Vacation Care

Bookings are now open for the Spring School Holidays at Mount Pleasant Road OSHClub.

We are planning a Vacation Care program that's filled with structured activities, including indoor and outdoor play, as well as plenty of opportunity for free-play.

Our heightened focus on safety and hygiene during COVID-19 means we will not be running excursions or bringing in incursion providers these school holidays.

Just a friendly reminder, that should the current Stage 4 restrictions be extended, then only the children of permitted workers and vulnerable children will be able to access childcare. For the purposes of childcare, a permitted worker can also include someone working from home in permitted industries under Stage 4 restrictions. Childcare is available to these specific groups where the child cannot otherwise be cared for during work hours by the employee or another responsible adult in the household.

Activities Planned for this week

Our activity planner is based on observations of children’s play, their interests and suggestions made by the children themselves. Our planning also allows room for plenty of spontaneous, child-led play.
