Foundation Year
Welcome back to school to all the students in Foundation LW!
It is great that we are all back together after spending many weeks apart. Last week as a bit of fun, we had a virtual cooking class together. There was great excitement as we made rum balls at our cooking session. I hope you enjoy our photos!
We are all excited to be back learning together as a group. Let’s make Term 4 a fantastic time for everyone!
Many thanks to the Foundation LW parents for your assistance with the remote learning, you have all done an amazing job!
Year 1/2
Welcome back 1/2 students! We are very excited to see all the students. They are enjoying playing and catching up with their friends in the classroom and in the yards. We are playing ‘getting to know you games’, singing songs and having ‘dancing’ breaks. The students are settling into classroom routines with ease. We are noticing that students are independent and practising their self-management skills. What a great way to start!
Year 3/4
A huge welcome back to students in Year 3/4. It is very exciting for everyone involved to have our students back with us in class. We are sure there is a nervous excitement about returning and our aim is to make the transition back smooth and welcoming for everyone. Though our specialists' classes remain on Tuesdays, the students will not be having those specialists this week. They are welcome to wear their sport's uniform on Tuesday and again on Friday which will be our class sport's day. Thank you parents for your great support during remote learning, it is greatly appreciated.
Year 5/6
The Year 5/6 teachers are really looking forward to welcoming the students back to school on Tuesday. We have been eagerly awaiting their return. We once again want to congratulate all students on their hard work and consistent efforts throughout remote learning. Thank you to all the parents and carers for your continued support.
