The leaders heaps to contribute to the events, including baking, volunteering, creating new ideas and much, much more.

Major Events

Swimming Carnival

  • The swimming carnival is held every year in Term 1 for the whole school to enjoy. It is based around the school enjoying the events and then the winners, moving onto the next rounds much like in Athletics and Interschool Sport. Anyone can compete in any event but they’re broken up into age groups to create a more fair competition. It also includes an activity for every year level to get a chance to jump in and cool down. During this day you have the opportunity to show your skills in swimming or just have some fun in the sun. Over the day a tally of house points adds up to finalise the winner of the swimming house cup.

Athletics Carnival

  • This day is usually in Term 2 and includes all events that you would normally find at an athletics carnival. The same events are split into different age groups and each competitor has a chance to move on to the next round if they win. There are stalls run throughout the day for all students to be able to grab a drink, lunch or just a snack. We also run specific activities for each year level to enjoy.

Health & PE Day

  • Health and PE day consists of many different active activities throughout the day. It is all about trying to introduce fun and active learning about healthy habits. During the spread of the day activities are run before school and during lunch and recess. Every year the sport exec will be involved and produce a energetic fun day for everyone.

Interschool sport

Interschool sport runs in term 1, 2, and 3. This is a good way to get yourself involved either if you want to compete in social or competitive events. If you compete in the school’s competitive teams, you have the opportunity to compete in other levels and try and win the state titles of your year. The different sports for each term are :
