Aerobics
The aerobics program aims to inspire students to participate in a fun, dynamic and exciting physical activity whilst increasing their social, emotional and physical health. Through aerobics, students grow their health, fitness, enhance self-esteem and well-being through teamwork, increased fitness, leadership, goal setting and many more! Students can choose to participate in High Performance Competitive Program as well as a Recreation Program, focused on fun and participation.
