DEBUTANTE BALL VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

Our major fundraising event is just around the corner (time flies) and we would love your help! If you are free on Friday March 20th and able to help in any way please let us know, it’s always a great night out 💃🏻

We will need helpers:

during the day on Thursday 19 March to help set up the hall from 9.00am. If you have a ute that is even better as we need to get all the tables from the School Hall to the Town Hall.
On the night of Friday 20 March from approx 6.00pm, (also, if anyone has a current RSA we require a few hands to help behind the bar).
and if you are super keen on Saturday from 8.30am, we would love some help to clean up (this is usually painless and quick if we get a lot of helpers as most of the work is done the night before). Again if you have a ute, this would be super!
