What do these words have in common?

These were some of the words on the spelling list on Wednesday 7th August, when Maffra Secondary College hosted the Vicspell Spelling Bee. This is a non-profit spelling competition for students in Years 5-8, dedicated to promoting and rewarding good spelling across the state. Congratulations to our Year 7 student Ethan Hooper, who took first place and who will be going to the state finals in Traralgon on 5th September.

Big congratulations also to our Year 8 student Janey Duncan, who took out third place.
