MARRIAGE ENCOUNTER WEEKEND

An opportunity to spend a weekend improving your communication.

Attend in the comfort of your own home or experience a residential weekend.

Our on-line weekend gives couples the chance to sleep in their own beds and check-in on kids or animals during meal times.

Come and learn how to keep/rekindle the passion in your relationship and how to keep your love growing!

The weekend we offer is based around Catholic values but couples of all faiths are welcome.

Couples from regional areas may find the On-line Weekend option ideal.

Next on-line weekend is on 30 April – 2 May 2021.

Next Residential weekend is on 21 -23 May 2021.

Council's Reusable Goods Drop Off Day is back for bulkier household items. The event will be held on Saturday 8 May 8am-1pm at 1 Ailsa Street, Box Hill South. We invite Whitehorse schools and residents to participate in this free drive-thru event by donating items no longer in need. Not only will you be saving valuable resources from ending up in landfill you will be donating to local charities such as Bikes4Life and Eastern Emergency Relief and some overseas. Accepted items include:

Clothes, Shoes, Handbags in a clean and reusable condition.
Small electrical items with a cord (laptop, iPad, mobile phone, radio, hair dryer, hair straightener/curler, kettle, toaster, blender, electrical tools, air fryer, electric blanket, sewing machines, blender, food processor, speakers, lamps, small microwaves)
Whitegoods (washing machines, dryer, dishwasher, oven)
Furniture (couches, tables, chairs, drawers, shelves)
