Years 3 and 4 Plume Picnic

Years 3 and 4 have been reading ‘Plume- Global Nibbler’ over the last 3 weeks. 

Plume was an unusual Penguin, in that he liked cooking and tasty food.   He travelled the world to investigate the variety of foods worldwide. 

To celebrate our work, students enjoyed a ‘Plume Picnic’ in the courtyard.

Years 3/4 Inquiry Unit - What is Force?

Our inquiry unit this term was about ‘What is force?’ 

The culmination of our work was the investigation to construct a balloon powered car. 

Each class had a testing time for their cars where a wide variety of models were displayed.

The car designed by Calvin was declared the best design and proved this by travelling the furthest under its balloon motor.
