If you are worried about your child and not sure what to do with their raging emotions, anxiety and depression, join Bronte Spicer (SGPS mum of three, teacher and author, with 22 years of lived experience with depression) for Five Steps to Ease Your Child's Raging Emotions, Anxiety and Depression.
This two-hour session will give you:
- The latest science on why your child may not be listening, glued to screens or behaving in ways you don't want.
- Practical steps that you can implement straight away to help your child regulate their emotions, cooperate more at home and ease their anxiety and depression.
This free workshop will be held at Spring Gully PS in the 5/6 building from 6:30pm on Wednesday 14th September.

Let's Get Moving
The Let's Get Moving program starts next Thursday 8th September. Please provide permission and payment via Compass for your child to be involved. The program will culminate in a community performance on Thursday 15th September at 2pm on the basketball court. We would love to see lots of community members there to watch all of the SGPS students perform.
