Squash Team

Well done to our girls Squash team who played Merewether High School in Walcha on 25 July. All girls won their respective games, moving them onto playing Kandos at the next meeting. Great work girls!

North West Athletics

On Friday, 28th July Jim Brown, Jackson Clarke, Kody Halliday, Ebony Knox, Phillippa Lyons, Levi Murphy, Charlotte Nettle, Declan Nichol, Bryce Riley, Darcy Rolph and Toby Rolph travelled to Tamworth to compete in the North West Athletics trials. All students competed to the best of their ability with some personal best performances recorded. 

As a result of their performances – finishing 1st or 2nd in their event - four students have been selected to represent North West at the CHS Athletics Championships to be held at Sydney Olympic Park from Wednesday, 6th September to Friday, 8th September. Congratulations to the following students:

A big thank you to the parents who travelled with their children to Tamworth. It was a long day, but the students enjoyed the opportunity to compete at a higher level. There were a few 800m events that were not finalised on the day – these events have been decided on the basis of entry times.
