Food Technology
Mrs Coopers Year 9/10 Food Tech students produced Poke Bowls in their practical lesson. If you have been wondering what trends in foods have been exploding recently, go no further than the question, what is a poke bowl? Pronounced ‘POH-KEH’, the poke bowl has become one of the hottest trends in foods over the past decade. This is a traditional meal that comes from Hawaii and features a delicious mixture of raw fish, salad, and sometimes rice. It is one of the healthiest dishes you can eat and its quite easy to make.
Year 9/10 Food Tech completed their assessments recently & were required to make fusion inspired Australian food. They all made different dishes & they all looked fantastic, well done.
